Stop letting someone else decide when you work. Garnexis lets you browse open shifts, pick the ones that fit your life, and claim them instantly — all from your phone.
Traditional staffing agencies assign you shifts whether you like it or not. Garnexis flips that — you're in control of every shift you work.
Browse available shifts and claim only the ones you want. Nobody is assigning you anything. Your schedule is 100% your choice.
Every shift shows the hourly rate and estimated take-home pay before you commit. No surprises, no negotiating after the fact.
See a shift you want? One tap to claim it. You'll get notified the moment it's confirmed. The whole process takes under a minute.
Work one shift a month or five shifts a week — completely up to you. Garnexis has zero hour requirements or minimums.
CNAs see CNA shifts. LPNs see LPN shifts. Your feed is automatically filtered to your credential — no irrelevant noise.
Browse shifts, track your schedule, and see your confirmed earnings — all from a clean, fast mobile app on iOS or Android.

Tap to claim any shift that fits your schedule. The facility reviews and confirms.
You're confirmed. Show up, work your shift, and get paid at the posted rate.
Every shift shows its exact pay rate before you claim it. Rates vary based on shift type, timing, and urgency — so harder-to-fill shifts always pay more.
Evening and overnight shifts pay more than day shifts. Work while others sleep and earn a higher rate.
Saturday and Sunday shifts pay a weekend rate. Fewer nurses available means better pay for those who show up.
Holidays are the hardest shifts to fill and pay the highest rates. If you're available, you'll earn significantly more.
When a facility needs coverage fast, urgent shifts are flagged and pay a premium rate. First to claim wins.
Every shift card shows the exact pay rate for that specific shift — whatever premium applies is already baked in. No math required, no surprises at the end.

Do I have to work a minimum number of hours?
No minimum hours, no minimums of any kind. Pick up one shift a month or ten a week — it's entirely up to you.
What credentials are accepted?
Garnexis is currently open to CNAs, LPNs, and RNs. You must hold a valid, current credential to claim shifts.
How does shift claiming work?
You browse open shifts, tap to claim the ones you want, and the facility reviews your claim. You'll get a push notification when you're confirmed.
Where is Garnexis available?
We're launching in Mississippi first, starting with the Oxford area. We'll expand to more regions soon. Sign up now to get early access.
What if I can't make a shift I claimed?
Life happens. If you can't make a confirmed shift, notify the facility as early as possible through the app. Repeated no-shows may affect your account standing.
How is pay determined?
Base rates start at $20/hr for CNAs, $30/hr for LPNs, and $40/hr for RNs. Shifts may pay more based on timing (nights, weekends), holidays, and urgency. The exact rate is always shown on the shift card before you claim.
What devices does the app work on?
Garnexis works on both iPhone (iOS) and Android. Download it from the App Store or Google Play — coming soon.
