We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including Firebase's built-in security rules, encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/SSL), and authentication tokens.
No system is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong password and to contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
If you grant permission, Garnexis may send push notifications to your device about new shifts, claim approvals or rejections, and platform updates. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

Garnexis is intended for use by licensed healthcare professionals and facility administrators. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of Garnexis after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
By accessing or using the Garnexis mobile application or website ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Garnexis.
These terms apply to all users, including nurses, facility administrators, and visitors to the Garnexis website.

Garnexis is a technology platform only. We are not a staffing agency, employer, or healthcare provider. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any shift posted on the platform.
To use Garnexis, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You agree to:
Admin accounts require an admin access code. Sharing or misusing this code is grounds for immediate account suspension.
As a nurse using Garnexis, you agree to:
Garnexis is not responsible for verifying nurse credentials or licenses. By registering, you represent that your credential information is accurate and current.
As a facility admin using Garnexis, you agree to:
Garnexis currently displays pay rates for informational purposes. Any payment arrangement is solely between the facility and the nurse. Garnexis is not responsible for ensuring payment, resolving payment disputes, or acting as a payment processor at this time.
Future versions of Garnexis may include integrated payment processing. Separate terms will apply to those features when available.
You agree not to:
A "no-show" occurs when a nurse whose shift claim has been confirmed by a facility administrator fails to appear at the assigned facility at the scheduled start time without having provided advance notice of cancellation through the Garnexis platform. A no-show also includes any instance where a nurse abandons a shift prior to its scheduled completion without authorization from the facility.
By claiming and having a shift confirmed on Garnexis, a nurse agrees to:
Cancellations made with less than four (4) hours notice may be treated as a late cancellation and may negatively affect a nurse's Reliability Score at Garnexis's discretion.
Garnexis maintains a progressive enforcement system for nurse no-shows. Each confirmed no-show is documented in the nurse's account record. The following consequences apply:
Garnexis reserves the right to apply enforcement at any stage based on the severity or pattern of conduct, including immediate suspension or deactivation where warranted.
Each nurse account on Garnexis is assigned a Reliability Score, which begins at 100 and reflects the nurse's history of attendance, cancellations, and platform conduct. The Reliability Score is used internally to determine shift visibility, claim priority, and eligibility for certain shift types. The following events may reduce a nurse's Reliability Score:
Nurses whose Reliability Score falls below defined thresholds may have reduced access to available shifts, may be deprioritized in shift matching, or may be subject to enhanced review before claims are confirmed. Garnexis does not guarantee any minimum level of shift access to any nurse.
A nurse who believes a no-show has been recorded in error may submit a dispute within seven (7) calendar days of receiving notice. Disputes must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and must include the nurse's full name, the date and location of the disputed shift, and any supporting documentation or explanation. Garnexis will review all disputes and issue a written determination within ten (10) business days. The determination of Garnexis is final.
Garnexis may, at a future date, implement a shift deposit system as an additional reliability measure. Under this system, nurses may be required to authorize a refundable deposit of between $10.00 and $20.00 USD at the time of claiming certain shifts. The following terms will govern any deposit system when activated:
No automatic charges will be initiated under any circumstances without the nurse's explicit prior written consent. Any financial enforcement mechanism will be governed by a separate addendum to these Terms of Service, which will be presented to users for agreement before taking effect.
Garnexis reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, including for:
Garnexis is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or that shifts posted will be filled. We are not responsible for the conduct of any nurse or facility using the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Garnexis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost wages, missed shifts, or disputes between nurses and facilities.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Panola County, Mississippi.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes via the app or email. Continued use of Garnexis after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
